This is an entry-level position with the Desktop Support group of Client and will focus on providing real-time support for technology problems and fulfillment services (move, add, or change requests) for our Client internal customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has great customer service skills and a "can-do" spirit.

• Work with a team of Desktop Support technicians in one of the largest service centers at Client with over 6,000 users.
• System administration of Windows 10, Windows 11 and Mac OS X desktops and laptops. Provide hands–on installation, troubleshooting and technology support for desktops, laptops, monitors and personal printers.
• Provide phone support and remote assistance as needed.
• Deploy and reclaim computer equipment, including maintaining asset‑management database with current status; document work in tools such as Remedy and Clarity.
• Provide excellent customer support to Client employees.
• Work at multiple sites.
• Standard work hours 8:00‑4:30 or 8:30‑5:00.

• A Bachelor’s degree in technology and/or a minimum of 1–3 years of recent experience supporting technology in an enterprise‑wide internal Service Center environment.
• A working knowledge of PC technical support of the Windows and Macintosh OS (Windows 10, Windows 11 and Mac OS X) is desired.
• Robust communication skills, including both written and verbal.
