This role supports a large-scale infrastructure expansion and modernization effort within a high-visibility enterprise environment. The team is enhancing existing network and server infrastructure to support new facilities, upgraded collaboration technologies, and an improved end-user experience across multiple buildings and operational spaces.

Key focus areas include expanding wired and wireless network coverage, deploying new Cisco switching infrastructure, improving system resiliency, and optimizing performance across critical business applications. The environment combines traditional enterprise IT with hospitality-style technologies, requiring close coordination with facilities, audio/visual teams, and security groups.

This position will play a hands-on role in implementing new hardware, validating network performance, assisting with structured cabling oversight, and supporting ongoing infrastructure upgrades as the environment continues to scale.

• Administer, configure, monitor, and test application and network servers
• Support LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments including Cisco networking equipment
• Assist with deployment of infrastructure solutions and new technologies
• Monitor backups, system upgrades, patching, and overall environment health
• Perform performance testing, validation, and site surveys to ensure reliability
• Create and maintain technical documentation including network diagrams and inventory
• Collaborate with systems, security, facilities, and operations teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve production and system-related issues

• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure and network environments
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking (switches, routers, wireless access points)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with structured cabling environments and data center infrastructure
• Ability to document technical environments clearly and accurately
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Familiarity with Cisco Nexus or Catalyst switches
• Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi)
• Knowledge of storage systems and SAN technologies
• Exposure to collaboration platforms or VoIP solutions
• Experience working in hospitality, campus, or large facility-based IT environments is a plus
