Technical Systems Analyst - not a BA

Job Summary

May consult with internal and external clients to present proposals.

Work within the team to ensure committed deliverables adhere to established schedule.

• Understand software development life cycles and methodologies.
• Examine inter-dependencies between systems.
• Conduct requirements analysis and create proposals for modifications, upgrades, or replacements to systems.
• Participate in the design of new computer systems and applications.
• Document requirements through analysis of existing business models, use cases, workflow analysis, and documents.
• Understand and document interfaces between systems.
• Collaborate with the broader team to develop, deploy, and support key applications and features.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues.
• Use agile methodologies to achieve requirements.
• Use requirements analysis information to make recommendations to system functionality and create stories to execute recommendations.

• Support the implementation and operations of systems.
• Provide support to business and technical partners throughout all testing phases, including triaging system defects in production and non-production environments.
