The Infrastructure Technology Lead Analyst is an intermediate level role responsible for assisting with LAN / WAN and help desk administration activities, including network maintenance, technical guidance, and security in coordination with the Technology Infrastructure team. The overall objective is to use infrastructure technology knowledge and identified policies to process data, resolve issues and execute administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:- Oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of data center physical network infrastructure, from design, material procurement, and vendor sourcing to the installation and validation of fiber/copper cabling and associated pathways.
- Directly manage and maintain all equipment within a 105,000 sq. ft. data center
- Coordinate physical installation, removal, and relocation of servers, network devices, and related infrastructure
- Responsible for the entire lifecycle of equipment (receipt, installation, decommission, disposal).
- Monitor and validate network connectivity, power supply, cabling, cooling, and environmental conditions
- Coordinate data center access, space planning, and equipment lifecycle activities
- Serve as the primary on‑site resource for infrastructure support and execution
- Respond to and resolve high‑impact infrastructure incidents affecting data center and network services
- Perform hands‑on troubleshooting to quickly restore services and minimize downtime
- Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory, security, and operational standards
- Follow firm policies and procedures related to infrastructure management
- 6–10 years of experience in infrastructure operations, data center support, or end‑user / hosting services
- Strong hands‑on experience with physical infrastructure, servers, networking, and data center environments
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues under pressure and time constraints
- Ability to work with virtual / in‑person teams, and work under pressure / to a deadline
- Experience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment preferred
- Familiarity with server/rack layouts, cooling, and power distribution.
- Manages equipment throughout its complete lifecycle, from receipt to disposal.
