Tax Manager

We are seeking an experienced

Tax Manager who goes beyond traditional tax preparation to serve as a strategic advisor, leader, and problem-solver. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys mentoring teams, advising high-net-worth individuals and businesses, and applying advanced tax strategies to create meaningful financial impact.

This is a hands-on leadership position requiring both technical expertise and the ability to guide, inspire, and consult with clients at a high level.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of tax associates while remaining actively involved in client work
• Provide strategic tax consulting and advisory services to individuals and businesses
• Review and manage complex tax returns and tax planning engagements
• Identify tax-saving opportunities and implement proactive strategies
• Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor
• Stay current with changes in tax laws and apply innovative approaches where appropriate

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in public accounting or tax advisory services
• Active CPA certification (required)
• Strong experience with individual and business tax returns
• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
