After School Group Leader / Early Learning Education Professional
Join Alpha
BEST at Northwest ISD Elementary Schools. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, student-focused leader to guide a group of young learners through fun and engaging after‑school activities. This role is part‑time, Monday‑Friday 2:30 PM‑6:30 PM.
- 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM (Monday‑Friday, no weekends)
- $15.00 per hour
- Part‑time benefits, including health coverage, employee referral program, and tuition discounts.
- Lead a group of student explorers through activities in fitness, arts, technology, and other creative projects.
- Collaborate with peers to ignite children’s sense of wonder and curiosity.
- Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students’ interests and talents.
- Provide a caring, family‑oriented environment that fosters positive relationships among staff, students, and parents.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum age 18.
- Flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
- Successful completion of a background check as required by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
