Overview

- Full range: $96,980./yr
Mon.
- Thurs. 8:00am - 5:30pm, & Fri. 8:00am - 12:00pm
. Must be flexible to work evenings for City meetings as needed.
Under general supervision of the City Manager, the incumbent independently performs a broad range of highly complex clerical, technical, and administrative duties as outlined in the City Charter. This position provides advanced administrative support to the City Manager, Assistant City Manager, Mayor and City Council.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating assigned activities with other City departments and external agencies.
- Administering City elections.
- Overseeing the City’s records management program.
- Serving as the Records Management Officer.
- Maintaining records for all boards, commissions, and committees.
- Fulfilling the duties of the Local Registrar.
This highly visible role involves frequent interaction with the public, often on sensitive or confidential matters, requiring the incumbent to demonstrate a high degree of initiative, sound judgement, and discretion.
