Join our team as a Shift Manager to lead crew and other managers during shifts, ensuring high quality, service, and cleanliness for customers. Pay rate is based on availability and certifications.

Position is at an independent franchisee‑owned McDonald's restaurant. The franchisee is the employer and is responsible for employment decisions.

Starting pay rate of at least $14.50.

As a Shift Manager, you may be responsible for:

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun, and have the passion to work in the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Must be 18 years or older.
