Dental Director

We are seeking a dedicated General Dentist for our Dental Director position in the scenic northeastern region of North Carolina. This role entails overseeing our patient-centered medical/dental home clinics, ensuring top-notch oral healthcare. Collaborating closely with the Dental Program Coordinator, CMO, and CEO, the Dental Director optimizes revenue generation through consistent adherence to program policies and procedures.

Located in Roanoke Rapids, our dental sites boast state-of-the-art equipment, including digital imaging, and utilize eClinical

Works (eCW) for electronic dental records and practice management. Serving a diverse patient demographic of adults and children, dentists typically work four 10-hour days per week. We welcome patients of all ages and backgrounds, with a special focus on serving the underserved community.

Compensation: Salary range $165,000 - $170,000 based on experience

Requirements: DDS/DMD Degree. Candidates with at least one year of experience or residency are preferred. BLS certification required. EOE. Federal and State Criminal Background Checks and Drug Screen are required for all positions.
