Responsibilities- Greet our customers with a warm smile and make them feel welcome and appreciated
- Provide service for basic tasks such as payments and document requests
- Direct the traffic of incoming communication and connect the customer need with the appropriate associate
- Assist our Team Members with general office tasks such as mailing, faxing, and contacting customers to verify information
