Job Summary    Responsible for coordinating and monitoring inbound shipments of materials, components, and equipment to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery to Sulzer facilities. The role supports procurement, production, and project execution by ensuring inbound logistics activities are executed in compliance with Sulzer policies, local regulations, and quality standards.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Coordinate and monitor inbound shipments (local and international) from suppliers and vendors
* Prepare, review, and control inbound shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, and certificates
* Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and customs brokers to ensure smooth inbound clearance and delivery
* Track inbound shipments and proactively follow up on delays to minimize impact on operations and projects
* Ensure accurate and timely updating of inbound logistics data in SAP or approved Sulzer systems
* Support procurement and warehouse teams with delivery planning, material receipt, and discrepancy resolution
* Ensure inbound logistics activities comply with Sulzer Supply Chain Directive and local customs regulations
* Control inbound freight costs and support cost optimization initiatives
** Qualifications / Requirements
*** Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
* 1 to 3 years of experience in inbound logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations.

* Languages:

Arabic & English.
* Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
* Basic understanding of Incoterms and international shipping.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple inbound shipments.# What we offer you
