You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality results in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

• Target Decomposition & Plan Execution:
  Align with regional objectives by breaking down KPIs (e.g., labor efficiency, staffing) into actionable group-level targets. Develop and monitor work plans, analyze operational metrics, and drive process enhancements to ensure goal attainment.
• Warehouse Design & Process Optimization:
  Contribute to facility layout planning and product flow design. Establish and refine warehouse management protocols, monitor compliance, and iteratively improve standards to boost space utilization and operational efficiency.
• Daily Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination:
  Oversee daily activities including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and site security. Ensure adherence to procedures, coordinate interdepartmental resources, and manage critical incidents to maintain orderly warehouse operations.
• Cost Control & Efficiency Enhancement:
  Track group-level operational costs, identify anomalies, and optimize workflows to reduce expenses. Organize monthly inventory audits and training programs to elevate team performance and procedural compliance.
