Responsibilities
- Liaise with local customers' procurement, sales, production, and other departments to align warehousing and logistics needs, source and organize suitable suppliers to provide services to customers, and ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations.
- Handle inquiries and requests from customers and internal teams regarding warehousing and logistics.
- Manage warehousing suppliers and operations, including supplier development for warehousing, loading/unloading, and transshipment.
- Organize suppliers to provide end-to-end services such as goods receipt, dispatch, and in-warehouse management.
- Develop and improve warehousing and logistics management systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and promote standardization of supplier operations.
- Ensure product quality and consistency between physical inventory and system records, analyze key indicators such as inventory turnover and logistics efficiency, and propose optimization measures.
- Coordinate overall logistics and transportation, liaise with courier companies and logistics providers, optimize transportation solutions, track delivery progress, and handle transportation exceptions (e.g., delays, damage, loss).
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Education & Major: College diploma or above; preference for majors in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Work Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse and logistics management, familiar with warehouse operation processes and logistics transportation models; candidates with experience in e-commerce warehousing or manufacturing enterprise warehousing management are preferred.
- Solid understanding of warehousing and logistics fundamentals, with familiarity in key management aspects of storage, sorting, packaging, and transportation.
- Proficient in operating WMS/ERP systems (e.g., UFIDA, Kingdee, SAP) and Office software (especially Excel for data processing).
- Basic ability in logistics cost accounting and inventory analysis, capable of identifying operational issues and proposing improvement plans.
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations in warehousing and logistics, with risk prevention awareness.
