Senior Director - Logistics; MAS

Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a forward-thinking Senior Director - City Logistics to spearhead the development and implementation of logistics strategies that optimize urban mobility within our dynamic entertainment hub. This strategic role is essential for facilitating efficient logistics operations that support the interconnected design and sustainability goals of Qiddiya.

The Senior Director will lead initiatives to enhance city logistics and ensure that movement within Qiddiya is streamlined, responsive, and future-ready. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to design logistics frameworks that promote operational efficiency, sustainability, and enhance the visitor experience.

• Develop and execute a strategic vision for city logistics that supports Qiddiya's objectives.
• Lead the integration of urban logistics planning with transportation systems and infrastructure development.
• Organize and manage supply chain networks effectively to ensure timely and cost-efficient operations.
• Engage with government authorities, service providers, and the community to foster collaboration and sustainability in logistics practices.
• Utilize data analytics and innovative tools to monitor logistics performance, identify challenges, and implement improvements.
• Drive initiatives aimed at reducing environmental impact associated with logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry best practices.
• Prepare and deliver reports and presentations on logistics performance, challenges, and strategic initiatives to stakeholders.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing logistics team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of trends and developments in logistics and urban planning to ensure Qiddiya remains at the forefront of best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Urban Planning, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• At least 15 years of experience in logistics management, supply chain strategy, or related fields, with a focus on urban logistics.
• Strong understanding of city logistics principles, urban mobility solutions, and sustainability practices.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial management skills.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience in team development and mentorship.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills for interacting with government, public entities, and other stakeholders.
• Experience with logistics technology, data analytics, and transport management systems.
• Relevant certifications in logistics or supply chain management are advantageous.
