Logistic Foreman

The Logistic Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating all logistics and site support activities to ensure the smooth flow of materials, equipment, and manpower across project sites. This role ensures timely delivery, proper storage, and organized movement of construction materials while maintaining safety and efficiency standards. The Logistic Foreman works closely with site management, procurement, and warehouse teams to support daily project operations.

• Supervise the daily logistics operations at the project site, including delivery, storage, and distribution of materials.
• Coordinate with warehouse and site teams to ensure timely availability of required materials and equipment.
• Manage and control site to ensure proper handling and storage of materials.
• Schedule and monitor transportation of materials and heavy equipment to and from the site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations during loading, unloading, and material handling.
• Supervise logistics laborers, drivers, and operators to ensure productivity and discipline.
• Coordinate waste management, site access, and traffic control within the project area.
• Report any logistical issues or delays to the Logistic Manager or Project Manager.
• Support in optimizing logistics processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Diploma or technical certificate in logistics, construction, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in logistics or site operations within construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and site logistics processes.
• Good leadership and supervisory skills.
• Familiar with safety and transportation regulations.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Based at the project site with coordination between warehouse, suppliers, and project management.
• Requires outdoor work and supervision in dynamic construction environments.
• Fast-paced environment with emphasis on safety and timely operations.
