Job Purpose:

Red Sea Global is seeking an experienced Simulation Technical Artist Assistant Manager, specializing in Unreal Engine, Real-time environments, Digital Twins, and Interactive Simulations to work in Red Sea Studios. This role focuses on the development and optimization of immersive, interactive content that visualizes major architectural and environmental developments. The ideal candidate brings technical artistry and game engine expertise to support both production execution and team operations—bridging visuals with interactivity.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Proficiency in Unreal Engine, with experience using Blueprints for the development of interactive simulations and real-time systems.
  • Strong technical skills in shader development, lighting design, and post-processing to achieve high-fidelity, optimized visual results.
  • Skilled in creating modular assets, managing environment streaming, and developing scalable world building systems.
  • Experience designing and delivering content for VR/AR platforms and immersive walkthroughs.
  • Expertise in performance profiling and optimization to ensure smooth operation across PCs, VR devices, and interactive displays.
  • Knowledge of real-time UI/UX development, interactive input systems, and user experience design.
  • Proven track record of collaboration within multidisciplinary teams and providing technical mentorship to peers.
  • Familiarity with version control systems and efficient project management practices within production pipelines.
  • Passion for innovation and research in applying Unreal Engine to Digital Twin solutions, simulations, and immersive experiences.

  • Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely functional MIS statements and reports to meet corporate and functional requirements, policies, and standards.
Safety, Quality & Environment
  • Apply safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of department’s systems, processes and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Job Requirements:

Qualification and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Game Development, Interactive Media, Computer Graphics, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in real-time visualization, game development, or simulation.
Skills
  • Advanced expertise in Unreal Engine, including environment creation, Blueprint scripting, shader/material development, and performance optimization.
  • Proven ability to deliver realistic large‑scale interactive simulations projects within AAA games standards, and virtual environments across multiple platforms.
  • Experience with Niagara, lighting workflows, level streaming, and LOD systems to ensure high‑quality visual performance.
  • Strong understanding of performance profiling, memory management, and optimization for real‑time rendering.
  • Proficiency with version control systems (e.g. Perforce, Git) and structured collaborative production pipelines.
  • Experience developing for VR, AR, or mixed reality applications.
  • Familiarity with Digital Twin frameworks, BIM integration, IoT visualization, and GIS/urban mapping workflows.
  • Exposure to scripting (C++, Python) and procedural world‑building.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
