Lead Agentic AI Engineer; LLM Agents | RAG | Automation

We are looking for a hands‑on engineering lead with a proven track record of shipping LLM/Agents/RAG solutions into real operating environments, and the ability to convert AI capabilities into sellable products and services
. Key Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic workflows (tool‑use, orchestration, multi‑agent systems).
• Build secure, scalable RAG pipelines integrated with data sources and APIs
  .
• Establish Quality & Evaluation (testing, guardrails, monitoring, performance metrics).
• Deploy on cloud (preferably Microsoft Azure
  ) with strong focus on security, cost and performance.
• Package use cases into commercial AI services and document them operationally.
• Strong hands‑on Python + backend services (FastAPI preferred).
• Proven LLM apps +
  RAG experience (vector DB, retrieval, chunking, re‑ranking).
• Experience with tool/function calling and agent orchestration
  .
• Production experience:
  Docker, logging/monitoring, security/privacy fundamentals.
• Strong documentation and delivery mindset in a lean, fast team.

• Agent frameworks:
  Lang Graph / Auto Gen / CrewAI (or equivalent).
• Document AI / data extraction from reports.
