Application architect, Software Development

The Application Architect is responsible for designing end-to-end software architecture and delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using Microsoft technologies. This role requires deep expertise in .NET (C#) and the Microsoft full technology stack, combined with strong architectural leadership, solution design capabilities, and hands‑on experience in modern application development. The candidate will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure solutions align with business goals and enterprise architecture standards.

• Lead the architectural design of enterprise applications using .NET C# and Microsoft technologies.
• Define system architecture, application layers, integration patterns, and deployment models.
• Design microservices, modular monoliths, or distributed architectures as needed.
• Create high‑level and low‑level solution designs, technical diagrams, and architecture blueprints.
• Ensure compliance with architectural principles, coding standards, and best practices.

• Guide development teams on architecture implementation, design patterns, and coding practices.
• Review technical designs, code, and project artifacts to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
• Mentor developers and contribute to building technical capabilities within the team.

• Architect and support solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem, including:
• .NET Core / .NET Framework (C#)
• ASP.NET MVC / ASP.NET Core Web API
• Blazor, Angular, or React.
• Entity Framework / EF Core
• MS SQL Server
• Design APIs, integration layers, and communication patterns (REST, SOAP, gRPC, messaging).
• Ensure seamless integration with internal systems, third‑party services, and cloud platforms.
• Define security models, identity providers, and authentication/authorization patterns.

• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, security, performance, and reliability.
• Perform architectural assessments, design reviews, and performance optimization.
• Implement best practices for clean architecture, DDD, SOLID, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with business analysts, product owners, UX designers, and Dev Ops teams.
• Document solution architecture, decision logs, and implementation guidelines.
• Present architectural concepts and design decisions to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in software development and solution architecture.
• Deep expertise in .NET / C# ecosystem.
• Strong experience with the Microsoft full stack, including backend, frontend, and database layers.
