Equipment Maintenance Technician

Mobco Group is looking for a Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technician to support our construction projects by performing preventive and corrective maintenance on heavy machinery and equipment.

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on construction equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and diesel engine faults.
• Maintain equipment such as excavators, loaders, cranes, compactors, and generators.
• Conduct safety and functional testing after repairs.
• Maintain proper maintenance records and logs.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and site safety regulations.
• Coordinate with site teams to minimize equipment downtime.

• Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance (construction sector preferred).
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and diesel engines.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Valid driver’s license (heavy vehicle license preferred).
