The HVAC Technician is responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. The role ensures optimal system performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with safety and quality standards in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities.

Install, test, and commission HVAC systems including split units, VRF/VRV systems, chillers, AHUs, and FCUs.

Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure efficient system operation.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system faults.

Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, and valves.

Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for energy efficiency.

Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals.

Handle refrigerant charging, recovery, and leak detection as per safety standards.

Maintain service records, maintenance logs, and inspection reports.

Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and site teams for smooth operations.

Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform timely repairs.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local standards.

Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory properly.

Diploma / ITI / Technical Certification in HVAC / Mechanical / Refrigeration Engineering.

Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician (Gulf experience preferred).

Valid technical trade certificate (preferred).

Knowledge of Saudi building codes and safety standards (advantage).

Ability to read and understand technical documents and schematics.

Basic English communication skills (Arabic is an added advantage).

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components.

Proficiency in fault diagnosis and repair techniques.

Good understanding of refrigeration cycles and electrical systems.

Ability to use testing instruments and hand tools.

Time management and multitasking skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical ability.
