We are looking for Mobile Crane Service Engineer / Technician – KSA Job Responsibilities
1. After-Sales Service & Technical Support
Provide comprehensive after-sales service for mobile crane equipment, including fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, and routine servicing in accordance with OEM standards and company procedures. Ensure high equipment reliability and customer satisfaction.
2. Field Service & Regional Support
Respond promptly to customer service calls across the assigned region in KSA. Conduct on-site inspections and repairs to minimize equipment downtime and ensure safe and efficient crane operations.
3. Technical Troubleshooting
Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults, including engine systems, load moment indicators (LMI), boom systems, safety interlocks, and control circuits.
4. Sales & Spare Parts Support
Support spare parts and equipment sales by identifying technical issues, recommending appropriate solutions, and advising customers on preventive maintenance and upgrades.
5. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare accurate service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation in compliance with company and safety standards.
6. Ad-hoc Assignments
Carry out additional tasks assigned by management and support overall business operations as required.
Qualifications & Requirements Education & License- Technical diploma or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
- Valid driving license (KSA or transferable).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in mobile crane or heavy lifting equipment maintenance.
- Hands‑on experience with truck‑mounted, all‑terrain, rough‑terrain, or crawler cranes preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical control systems.
- Experience troubleshooting load moment indicators (LMI), CAN‑BUS systems, and crane safety systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and hydraulic diagrams.
- Strong problem‑solving and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently in field environments.
- Willingness to travel within KSA and work extended hours when required.
- Good communication skills and customer‑oriented mindset.
