Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily HVAC site activities focused on VRV/VRF systems
- Assign tasks to HVAC technicians and installers
- Read and execute approved shop drawings and layouts
- Install and supervise:
- VRV/VRF indoor and outdoor units
- Refrigerant piping and insulation
- Drainage systems and supports
- Ensure work quality, productivity, and material control
- Coordinate with mechanical engineers, other trades, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and site procedures
- Identify and resolve site issues
- Report daily progress to the Mechanical Engineer
- Support pressure testing, vacuuming, commissioning, and handover
- 10–15 years of hands‑on HVAC site experience
- Strong experience in VRV/VRF systems
- Experience in commercial, residential, or hotel projects
- Previous work with consultants and main contractors
