Electrical Foreman
Experience:
10–15 years
Role
Summary:
You supervise and manage all electrical site activities. You lead technicians and electricians, ensure work follows drawings and specs, and deliver tasks on time and safely.
- Supervise daily electrical site works
- Distribute tasks to electricians and technicians
- Read and execute electrical drawings and layouts
- Ensure installation follows approved drawings and specs
- Monitor work quality and productivity
- Coordinate with site engineers, other trades, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and site procedures
- Identify and solve site issues quickly
- Report daily progress to the Electrical Engineer
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities
- 10–15 years of hands‑on electrical site experience
- Strong background in power and lighting systems
- Cable trays, conduits, and containment
- Panels and terminations
- Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial projects
