Key Responsibilities

Position: Team Leader - Rides & Attractions, Electrical
Location: Six Flags & Aqu Arabia, Qiddiya City

The Team Leader for Rides & Attractions, Electrical is responsible for the electrical systems and maintenance of rides and attractions within Aquarabia. This role includes ensuring proper functionality, safety standards, and operational excellence of all electrical components in alignment with the park's mission.

Collective Duties:
  • Adhere to Six Flags Qiddiya’s code of conduct and ethics.
  • Promote the vision, mission, values, and desired behaviors of Six Flags Qiddiya.
  • Commit to rules and regulations set by the park.
  • Carry out assigned tasks to achieve organizational goals.
  • Share technical knowledge with maintenance personnel and encourage their development.
Job-Specific Duties:
  • Supervise the electrical maintenance team for rides and attractions.
  • Perform regular inspections and tests on all electrical equipment related to rides.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations affecting ride operations.
  • Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and enhancement of electrical systems for rides.
  • Manage documentation related to maintenance activities and compliance checks.
  • Lead and train team members on electrical safety standards and procedures.
  • Engage in daily communication with the Operations team to facilitate seamless ride operations.
  • Assist in emergency procedures and ensure team readiness for any electrical faults.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime of rides.
  • Participate in budget preparation and resource management for electrical tasks.
Other Responsibilities:
  • Report to the Mechanical/Electrical Maintenance Manager.
  • Contribute to fostering a culture of safety and exceptional service.
  • Support cross-department collaborations as needed.
Experience
  • 5-10 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in amusement parks or large-scale facilities.
  • Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a leadership role.
Education
  • Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Skills
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols relevant to amusement rides.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues effectively.
  • Excellent leadership abilities and experience in team management.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient in using software related to maintenance and electrical systems.
