Cybersecurity, Senior Supervisor - Professionals / Experts

Strategic Responsibility- Supervise and guide team activities, aligning with departmental strategies.
- Develop and implement operational improvements.
- Mentor and develop team members.
- Ensure quality and compliance in team outputs.
- Provide feedback and insights to management on team performance.
- Ensure the performance, security, and reliability of cybersecurity systems and applications.
- Implement effective remediation for cybersecurity incidents.
- Identify cybersecurity threats and risks, collaborating with stakeholders on proper controls.
- Ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards, policies, and procedures.
- Enhance company culture by promoting cybersecurity best practices.
- Monitor systems to ensure continuous protection and risk mitigation.
- Lead teams in implementing cybersecurity preventive measures.
- Oversee system upgrades and updates for enhanced security.
- Provide regular reports to management on cybersecurity status.
- Coordinate incident responses with internal and external teams.
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
Experience & LanguageExperience:
Minimum 7 years. Language:
English - proficient (Required). Arabic - proficient (Preferred).

Collaboration:
