At Six Flags Qiddiya City, the Officer - Park Security plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and park assets. This position involves maintaining a visible presence throughout the park to deter potential security issues and respond promptly to incidents as they arise. The Officer provides assistance to guests by addressing their concerns and ensuring a positive experience while fostering a safe environment.

• Patrol designated areas within the park to monitor and report any suspicious activities or safety hazards
• Enforce park policies and regulations, ensuring compliance by guests and employees
• Respond promptly and appropriately to security incidents, including medical emergencies and park rule violations
• Conduct bag checks and assist with crowd control during busy periods
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guests' inquiries, concerns, or complaints
• Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as necessary
• Complete required incident reports and other documentation accurately and timely
• Provide guidance to new security personnel to promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Participate in safety drills and emergency response training to stay prepared for various situations
• Assist in the development and implementation of security protocols and procedures to enhance overall park safety
• Engage with guests to promote a positive atmosphere and encourage adherence to park rules
• Conduct regular inspections of park facilities to identify and mitigate potential security risks
• Act as a liaison between park management and guests, conveying important safety information and updates as needed
