Security Guard; Warehouse

Join Nice one as a Security Guard (Warehouse) based in Riyadh. In this role you will protect people, property, and inventory within our warehouse facilities by monitoring access, patrolling premises, enforcing safety procedures, and responding to incidents. The role focuses on loss prevention, maintaining a secure work environment, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory safety standards.

• Guard warehouse entrances, exits, loading docks, and perimeter areas; verify credentials and control visitor and contractor access according to company procedures.
• Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activity; inspect doors, gates, and storage areas for signs of breach or damage.
• Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and other security equipment; report malfunctions and coordinate with facilities or IT for timely repairs.
• Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and health and safety concerns; follow escalation procedures and notify management and authorities when required.
• Perform bag and vehicle inspections for inbound and outbound shipments as per loss-prevention protocols and document findings accurately.
• Prepare clear incident, shift, and daily security reports; maintain accurate logs of access, observations, and actions taken.
• Support safe warehouse operations by enforcing safety rules, assisting with emergency drills, and cooperating with warehouse teams during loading and unloading activities.
• Assist in inventory protection measures, participate in investigations of shortages or losses, and provide statements or evidence as needed.
• Maintain a professional, calm, and customer-friendly demeanor when interacting with employees, visitors, suppliers, and contractors.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; security, law enforcement, or military experience is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of security or loss-prevention experience preferred, ideally in warehouse, logistics, or retail environments.
• Security guard license or certification as required by local regulations; first aid/CPR certification is a plus.
• Basic computer skills for incident reporting and CCTV operation; familiarity with security systems preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.

• Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods; ability to lift moderate weight when required.
