- Develop and implement security and protection plans in accordance with HCIS guidelines.
- Conduct security risk assessments for sites and facilities.
- Coordinate with government and security authorities to obtain necessary approvals.
- Monitor and oversee CCTV systems, access control, perimeter protection, and early warning systems.
- Support the design and review of physical security systems for new and existing facilities.
- Ensure compliance with all HCIS and internal security standards.
- Participate in preparing Security Protection Files, including:Threat Assessment Risk Assessment Security Plan Security Matrix
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in industrial security, corporate security, or working in facilities subject to HCIS regulations.
- Experience in security planning, risk assessment, and system coordination within industrial or critical infrastructure environments is preferred.
- Preferred Certifications and Training:Security Risk Assessment Surveillance and Control Systems Industrial Security Security Awareness and Crisis Management
- Professional certifications (preferred):CPP – Certified Protection Professional
PSP – Physical Security Professional Certifications from recognized institutions such as ASIS or SIRA
