Corporate Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach corporate clients and institutional investors
• Promote and sell real estate products including commercial and residential properties and investment opportunities
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property/site visits
• Support negotiations and assist in closing corporate sales deals
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate real estate solutions
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and post-sales support
• Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, legal, finance, and CRM.
• Ensure accuracy of proposals, contracts, and sales documentation
• Maintain up-to-date client records and sales pipelines
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates
• Provide insights into pricing, client preferences, and market demand

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales or corporate sales
• Experience dealing with corporate clients or institutional investors is preferred.
