- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the heavy machinery sector.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective prospecting and lead generation.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key customers.
- Understand client needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Conduct regular follow‑ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on the latest heavy machinery products and industry trends.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers during the sales process.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and agreements to customers.
- Close sales and ensure a smooth handover to the operations team for order fulfilment.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market developments and potential growth areas.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Ensure all documentation and contracts are completed accurately and promptly.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 3–7 years of sales experience in heavy equipment or construction machinery (Saudi market experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of concrete, road, mining equipment, tower cranes, or tractors.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
