A leading luxury furniture company with a strong presence in the Saudi market is looking to hire a Sales & Business Development Manager to lead the commercial growth of its premium furniture brand in Riyadh.
The role will focus on expanding market presence, developing strategic partnerships with interior designers and developers, and strengthening relationships with high‑end clients across retail and project segments.
The ideal candidate will combine strong sales leadership with a solid understanding of interior design and the luxury furniture market
, ensuring the brand is well positioned within the premium interior design segment in Saudi Arabia.
- Lead the sales and business development strategy to expand the brand’s presence in the Saudi market.
- Develop relationships with interior designers, architects, real estate developers, and key clients.
- Identify and secure new opportunities across residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.
- Support showroom sales performance and ensure the brand maintains a strong luxury market positioning.
- Work closely with the showroom team to provide clients with tailored solutions and exceptional customer experience.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the luxury furniture sector.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for management.
- Support the company’s expansion initiatives and contribute to long‑term commercial growth.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles within luxury furniture, interior design, real estate projects, or high‑end retail.
Languages: Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
Other Requirements- Strong network within the interior design and architecture community.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong understanding of luxury furniture and interior design trends.
- Ability to develop partnerships with design studios and project consultants.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify new business opportunities.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects effectively.
- Experience with luxury furniture brands or premium interior design showrooms will be highly preferred.
