Quest Search and Selection is excited to announce an amazing opportunity for a Teleseller to join a prestigious international sports equipment brand based in Riyadh!

This role is all about increasing profitability and sales revenue while representing a world-class brand.

Responsibilities of this role:
  • Ensure the achievement of quarterly inside sales targets.
  • Conduct lead generation activities to expand the customer base.
  • Handle inbound calls for both B2B and B2C customers, delivering a personalized sales experience by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Execute outbound calls to identify and generate new business opportunities.
  • Provide support to the field Sales Team by coordinating and scheduling customer visits.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and effective customer management.
  • Gather and communicate valuable market feedback to relevant departments for strategic insights.
  • Oversee the end-to-end process from order placement to installation, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities to upsell additional products or services.
Skills required for this role:
  • 2-3 years of experience in telesales, sales, or customer service roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with experience in business development.
  • Fluency in English, with outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Arabic Speaking Proficiency required.
  • Proficiency in phone sales techniques, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in team-oriented, sales-driven environments.

    Exceptional negotiation skills, with the capability to address concerns, resolve issues, and build trust.
  • Focus on fostering long‑term customer relationships.
  • Strong aptitude for identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, with Salesforce experience considered an advantage.
  • Passion for technological advancements and innovation.
