We are seeking a hands-on sales and growth professional to directly drive revenue and business growth in the Saudi market. This is an execution-focused role, not a desk-based management position. The ideal candidate will personally lead sales activities, close deals, expand the customer and subscriber base, and execute growth initiatives across both B2C and B2B channels.
Key Responsibilities- Personally prospect, pitch, and close sales deals (B2C and B2B).
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Conduct field visits to corporates, gyms, clinics, and relevant partners.
- Negotiate and close corporate meal program contracts.
- Own the full sales funnel from lead generation to paid subscribers.
- Collaborate with influencers and negotiate partnerships while tracking ROI.
- Set up, manage, and maintain CRM systems and sales pipelines.
- Execute email campaigns, Whats App marketing, and retargeting initiatives.
- Organize product sampling and activation events at gyms and health expos.
- Follow up with subscribers to reduce churn.
- Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Launch and manage referral programs.
- Re-engage inactive or lapsed customers through targeted campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on sales experience (not purely managerial).
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong experience using CRM tools and making data-driven decisions.
- Existing network within the Saudi market (corporates, gyms, health sector).
- Fluency in Arabic and English

- Strong interest or passion for health, nutrition, or wellness is a plus.
