** Sales Intern**, you’ll be part of the Sales tribe, playing a key role in driving growth and helping families access personalized learning solutions.## Duties & responsibilities
* Exceed sales targets using effective closing strategies
* Engage with existing clients to understand needs and build long-term relationships
* Encourage renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
* Ensure timely collection of installments and outstanding payments
* Analyze the sales funnel to identify optimization opportunities### ### A Day in Your Life
* Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to deal closure
* Call and communicate with parents and students to explain AlGooru’s services
* Understand student needs and match them with the ideal tutor
* Organize and coordinate trial tutoring sessions
* Recommend personalized tutoring packages
* Drive retention through proactive account management
* Conduct follow-ups with new and existing clients
* Follow up on outstanding payments
* Improve response time to customer inquiries
* Accurately collect, enter, and report sales data### Hiring Journey
1. Screening & Intro Call (5–10 mins)2. Chemistry Meeting (15–30 mins)3. Technical Interview (30–60 mins)4. Vision Fit Interview (30–60 mins)5. Offer to successful candidates
* 0–1 years of sales or telesales experience
* 0–1 years of experience using CRM systems (Hub Spot preferred)
* Strong proactive sales mindset
* Deep understanding of Saudi consumer culture (
** mandatory**)
* Strong negotiation skills
* Goal-oriented attitude
* Excellent communication skills in
** Arabic and English
*** Ability to work in a team
* ** Availability:
** 6 days/week (Friday, Saturday, Sunday PM shift required: 2 PM–10 PM)
* ** Commitment:
** 3–6 months
* ** Compensation:
