Job DescriptionThe Country Sales Manager – KSA holds full revenue ownership for the Saudi market. This role is accountable for achieving aggressive growth targets, expanding strategic accounts, and driving profitability across all solution portfolios. The position requires a strong commercial leader who can build pipeline at scale, close high‑value enterprise deals, and lead a high‑performance sales organization.
This is a target‑driven, performance‑measured role with direct impact on regional revenue results.
Key Responsibilities- Own and deliver the annual revenue target for KSA
, including top‑line growth and margin performance. - Develop and execute a clear country‑level sales plan with measurable KPIs.
- Drive pipeline generation, conversion ratios, and deal velocity across all verticals.
- Lead, coach, and performance‑manage the KSA sales team against defined quotas.
- Expand enterprise and government accounts while securing new logos.
- Personally lead and close high‑value, strategic opportunities.
- Maintain strict forecasting accuracy and monthly reporting discipline.
- Monitor and improve KPIs including: (Pipeline coverage ratio, Win rate, Sales cycle duration, Average deal size, Gross margin performance)
- Strengthen executive relationships with key customers, vendors, and partners.
- Identify and penetrate new verticals aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives.
- 10+ years of proven IT sales experience within the Saudi market.
- 3–5+ years leading high‑performance sales teams.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding multi‑million SAR revenue targets.
- Strong background in system integration and enterprise solution selling.
- Experience managing long, complex sales cycles in government and large enterprises.
- Strong commercial acumen with focus on profitability, not just revenue.
- Ability to operate at executive level with C‑suite stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Fluent in English
