Commercial Executive

The Commercial Executive will be responsible for the sales process of Augustus Media brands including Lovin Saudi, Lovin Riyadh/Jeddah/Dammam, Smashi, and Odeum.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects and maintain professional networks
• Managing and supporting all aspects of commercial management and stakeholders
• Developing and presenting commercial media proposals to clients is a strong plus
• Prospect new clients, including the ability to qualify and close new accounts
• Effectively prepare for and manage business meetings
• Strategically and creatively build sales pipeline and maintain a high level of activity
• Effectively collaborate with functional groups such as Sales, performance and Content teams to optimize campaigns and meet performance objectives
• Proactively monitor campaign performance and delivery goals, elevate delivery issues as necessary
• Track, optimize, and compile campaign analytics and custom end of campaign reports for clients
• Aim to achieve monthly and annual targets

• 0-1 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, or related field; A Master's degree is advantageous
• Media or agency experience is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Outgoing, enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Proven business development, brand partnership, sales, or marketing experience
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Strong business acumen
