• Responsible for the direct sales of chilled water equipment’s (Chillers, AHUs & FCUs)
• Build and manage long‑term customer relationships/partnerships and responsible for customer satisfaction through executing the sales process
• Generate new business and ensure growth of existing accounts
• Meet the forecast and the goals set for the sales and order
• Increase market share
• Follow up on quotation status with customers, understand project requirements and pitch the right solution with support from the application engineer
• Close coordination with factories on required pricing and support
• Review final technical submittals and contracts
• Negotiate pricing and payment terms with customers
• Follow up on customer payments
• Participate in weekly/monthly sales reviews
• Gather market insights and generate new leads
• Coordinate with factories on equipment and arrange deliveries
• Submit invoices to customers
• Follow up on complete delivery cycle
• Prepare project costing
• Coordinate with factories on discounts
• Conduct customer visits
• Review details of technical proposals
• Place proper orders to factories

• Looking for a well‑established, organized, and professional Senior Sales Engineer to support sales activities, department strategies, and targets
• Enhance customer relationships and increase market share

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in sales of chilled water products (Chillers, AHUs & FCUs)
• Preferred experience in the Central region market (Riyadh)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven solid track record of sales in the Saudi market
• Dynamic and passionate about sales, customer‑oriented
