The Sales Specialist (Call Center) is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, converting inquiries intosales opportunities, and delivering an excellent customer experience. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, managing customer requests, and building strong relationships through professional communication across phone and digital channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries throughphone calls, emails, and digital channels in Arabic and English
.
Convert leads and inquiries into confirmed memberships or sales opportunities.
Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining service quality.
Follow up with potential clients and manage leads effectively.
Communication & Relationship ManagementProvide clear, accurate information about services and offers.
Demonstrate persuasivecommunication and active listening skills.
Build trust-based relationships with customers.
Maintain a professional and politecommunication style at all times.
Operations & PerformanceAccurately document customer interactions and sales activities.
Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience & EducationMinimum 1 year of experience in sales, call center, or customer service (preferred).
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
,but not mandatory.
Candidates with strong salesaptitude and customer-handling experience will be considered.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in Arabic and English
.
Persuasive selling and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize,and manage time effectively.
Comfortable working in atarget-driven and fast-paced environment.
