Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive Sales Support Specialist with 2+ years of experience in supporting sales operations within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team by managing documentation, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Support the sales team in daily operational activities.
- Prepare, review, and process sales contracts and client documentation.
- Coordinate with Finance regarding payment schedules, invoices, and approvals.
- Update and maintain CRM system with accurate client and unit information.
- Monitor unit availability and pricing updates.
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline reports, and performance summaries.
- Follow up with clients regarding required documents and payments.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and company procedures.
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Projects departments to ensure smooth transaction flow.
- Provide administrative and operational support during project launches and sales campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, or similar role (preferably in real estate).
- Good understanding of sales processes and documentation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
