Summary: The Universal Banker is responsible for contributing to the attainment of bank sales goals and handling customer financial transactions. They promote bank sales goals, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure smooth operations at the branch.
Job Responsibility- Follow all departmental policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.
- Handle customer financial transactions and address customer service needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with branch customers to implement sales plans.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets for new and existing customers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement opportunities in processes and practices.
- Prepare timely and accurate reports to meet company and department requirements.
