Client for Kafaat is looking for Account Manager – Security portfolio :
Job PurposeDrive and grow the organization’s security business portfolio in KSA by developing strategic account plans, strengthening client relationships, and implementing effective go-to-market strategies to increase order intake and expand market presence. The role represents the organization’s full security solutions portfolio, manages key security accounts, and builds strategic partnerships to achieve commercial growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement account plans aligned with customer needs and internal stakeholders.
- Understand client expectations, business objectives, and long-term vision.
- Promote and position the organization’s security solutions to support customer business goals.
- Identify growth opportunities and strategic initiatives beyond existing business.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with sales and account marketing teams to execute action plans.
- Manage and coordinate internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Support sales teams in closing deals and achieving order intake targets.
- Share account plans and ensure execution with relevant business lines and teams.
- Monitor competitors and market trends within assigned accounts.
- Maintain and update CRM data and share customer insights internally.
- Address customer satisfaction issues and support improvement initiatives.
- 15+ years of total professional experience, including 10+ years in the security market in KSA.
- Proven track record in winning and managing complex deals.
- Strong experience in managing a security portfolio, including one or more of the following areas: physical security (CCTV, access control, perimeter protection), cybersecurity (SOC, network security, encryption), or integrated smart security systems (command & control centers, AI surveillance, and critical infrastructure security).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or MSc in Engineering (business degree is a plus).
- Strong understanding of the security market and client landscape in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and team-building capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative, autonomy, and a solution-oriented approach.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Fluency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
