• Native or Bilingual proficiency in English or Arabic
• 5+ years of Business Development experience
• Proven Track record of closing high-value deals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
• Ability to work seamlessly within a team
• Great phone and client-facing skills
• High attention to detail
• Genuine passion to grow within the organization
• Ability to work with clients and partners across global markets

• Commission:
  On-target earnings combined (base + commission) typically total SAR 12, monthly
• Performance Bonus on achieving yearly targets
• Top performers can earn SAR ,000 per year
• Work Hours:
  
  9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Sunday–Thursday)
