As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a key role in building and developing relationships. You will represent our brand with professionalism and confidence, ensuring a seamless client experience from initial engagement through to project delivery. This role requires a proactive, client-focused individual with strong communication skills. You will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and work with a strong dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Prospect and market concepts and solutions based on NMK’s product portfolio to potential new accounts
- Prepare, generate, and follow up on verbal or written quotations to secure orders, or determine reason for loss of order
- Obtain orders through email and telephone calls, verify, and enter items, transfer orders to OP team, explain stock‑outs and expected delivery dates
- Own, qualify, and develop opportunities passed from marketing, outside sales, and regional heads
- Research accounts, identify buying influence and key players to generate additional interest
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Sales Managers for further development
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory - Increase orders by suggesting related items, explaining features, and checking customer’s buying history
- Report industry trends, competitive pricing, and customer feedback to management
- Develop and maintain a project pipeline
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies
- Demonstrate products to customers in conjunction with technical team and Brand managers
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer information and understand customer needs and requirements
- Develop close relationship with outside sales, technical and marketing departments
- Effectively meet KPIs specified by the line manager
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, and knowledge in the AV field
- Should have knowledge of CRM/ERP system
- A highly motivated and target-driven individual with a proven track record
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and negotiation skills
