Responsibilities

  • Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management
  • Identify and develop new customers while building and maintaining long-term business relationships with existing clients.
  • Sales Performance & Target Achievement
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve assigned targets. Manage sales contracts, negotiate terms, and ensure timely follow-up on orders and payments.
  • Market Analysis & Business Development
  • Conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, gather customer feedback, and identify new business opportunities to support growth.
  • Internal Coordination & After-Sales Support
  • Coordinate with internal departments (supply chain, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth order processing, product availability, and effective after-sales service.
    • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 1–5 years of proven sales experience; experience in the ceramics or building materials industry is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and target‑driven with a strong results‑oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and work independently under pressure.
