  • Drive the full sales cycle for Oracle solutions, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and post-sale account management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities for Oracle products and services within target markets.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client requirements and recommend tailored Oracle solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with technical and consulting teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements in alignment with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records to track progress and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with Oracle product updates, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, specifically with Oracle solutions or enterprise software.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle product portfolio and its application in various industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales productivity tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
  • Fluency in English;
    Arabic language skills are an advantage.
