On The List is a leading premium flash sales concept in Asia and the Middle-East. On The List works to minimize the problem of excess stock by turning past-season inventory into sustainable opportunities. On The List works directly with retail brands and official distributors, turning old inventory into opportunity by providing a sustainable way for brands to sell past-season items that would have otherwise ended up in landfills, while providing the best deals and steep discounts to our On The List members.
Since launching in Hong Kong in 2016, On The List has hosted over 5,200 flash sales and has built a community of over 1.3 million members across all regions. We’ve since expanded to Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Korea, Shanghai, Beijing, Thailand, and Dubai. Sustainability is rooted in who we are and motivates us to continue our mission. To date, we have saved over 8.2 million items from ending up in landfills.
Forming On The Love , our CSR initiative, has allowed us to deepen our commitment to minimizing our carbon footprint while working with local organizations and hosting regular charity sales.

On The List started very successfully in Dubai in 2024, Now, it's time to launch in Saudi! You will report to the GM based in Dubai and you will be responsible to the first exciting development of this new market.
What we will trust you with... Business Development:- Support efforts to build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and mutual success.
- Explore opportunities for new brand partnerships to drive business growth.
- Oversee the operations for online flash sales, including the warehouse logistics aspects to ensure the smooth execution of the events.
- Oversee the operations for offline flash sales, including the retail teams and the daily operations.
- Ensure all processes are efficient, and operational challenges are addressed in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the marketing team/agency, to start to build a community and database in the market.
- Ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with business goals and contribute to sales growth.
- At least 8 years of experience in retail or ecommerce industry, at least 3 years of experience in managing role.
- Strong Commercial mindset with a friendly, caring and collaborative demeanor.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset, ready to be hands on, eager to join an international family business with humility and start from scratch.
- Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
- Proficient in stakeholder management and relationship-building.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic
