About the RoleAs a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in launching and growing the company’s automotive sales operations. You will be directly responsible for generating sales, building long-term customer relationships, and setting the standard for how the business operates in the market.

- Sales & Customer Engagement
- Manage showroom and outdoor sales activities, including customer walk-ins, inquiries, and lead follow-ups
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and packages
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Negotiate pricing and close deals in line with company guidelines
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Lead Management & CRM
- Generate new leads through referrals, walk-ins, social media, and market networking
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system
- Follow up with prospects to maximize conversion rates
- Process & Team Contribution
- Support in building and improving sales processes as part of the pioneer team
- Work closely with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams
- Ensure smooth handover of sold vehicles to customers
- Actively contribute ideas to improve customer experience and sales performance
- Customer Experience
- Deliver a high level of service before and after the sale
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when required
- Build long-term customer relationships and repeat business
- Skills
- Minimum 2–3 years of automotive sales experience in a dealership or automotive trading environment
- Strong in customer handling, persuasion, and closing techniques
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a startup-style environment
- Results-driven with a strong hunger to earn and grow
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
- Presentable, professional, and confident in dealing with customers
- Valid driving license preferred
