We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Team Leader to lead a client-facing sales team within a professional serviced offices and coworking environment. The role focuses on sales performance, client experience, team leadership, and operational excellence.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in ONE of the following industries (Real Estate, Sales Automotive, Sales Pharmaceutical ,Sales Hospitality, Luxury Retail Brands )
  • Previous experience in a team leader, supervisor, or senior sales role is preferred.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Customer-focused, professional, and confident personality.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems (billing knowledge is a plus).
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and support the team to achieve sales and service targets.
  • Manage office, virtual office, and coworking enquiries from lead to closure.
  • Conduct client tours, presentations, and service demonstrations.
  • Follow up on all enquiries and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Support client onboarding, welcome calls, and ongoing client success meetings.
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure all client enquiries are handled within 24 hours.
  • Drive client retention, renewals, upselling, and subscription growth.
  • Ensure high standards of office presentation and customer experience.
  • Support accurate billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
  • Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and performance support.
  • Attend networking events and support community-building initiatives.
  • Report regularly to management on performance and results.
