Role Overview

We are looking for a young, energetic, and driven B2B Sales & Business Development Specialist who is passionate about sales and business development. This role will focus on bowling and entertainment projects under the BEFIT portfolio.

The ideal candidate is an outgoing, confident individual who enjoys meeting new people, identifying new business opportunities, representing company projects, and closing deals. This role requires strong market knowledge of Riyadh and an active presence in the local business and entertainment ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and secure new B2B clients and business opportunities within the Riyadh market
  • Actively promote and represent BEFIT’s bowling and entertainment projects to potential clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and business partners
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to showcase project offerings
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals in line with company objectives
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and new opportunities within the entertainment sector
  • Maintain an active pipeline and provide regular sales and business development reports
Candidate Profile
  • Based in Riyadh with strong familiarity and understanding of the local market
  • Proven experience or strong interest in B2B sales and business development
  • Outgoing, confident, and highly motivated personality
  • Passionate about sales, networking, and relationship-building
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to represent the company professionally and confidently
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently
