Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Leader (Saudi National) to lead our sales efforts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) for Yubi's offerings across Lending, Collections, and Data. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and identifying new business opportunities across the region.

Strategically target and engage institutions within our core focus segments (not limited):
- Traditional Banks
- Digital Banks
- Non Bank Finance Institutions (NBFI)
Target Stakeholder Management
:
Establish and nurture relationships with high-level decision-makers and key influencers across client organizations, including but not limited to
- Head of Retail Assets
- Head of Collections
- Chief Business Officers (CBOs)
- Chief Information Security Officer (CISOs)
- Head of IT/Digital Transformation
New Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across KSA, leveraging existing relationships and networks.
- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to acquire new clients and drive revenue growth.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
Client Acquisition
- Develop and execute a client acquisition plan, focusing on high-value targets and strategic partnerships.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop solutions that meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for Yubi's offerings in KSA.
- Identify and prioritize key accounts, decision-makers, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
Sales Operations and Management
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching, guidance, and support.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure effective sales process execution, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
Market Analysis and Intelligence
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the KSA market.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
Performance Metrics and Reporting
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue, pipeline, and client acquisition.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Education
:
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
Minimum 10 years of progressive sales experience, with a focus on enterprise software and/or financial services. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Experience in a leadership role, managing a team of sales professionals.
- Industry Knowledge:
Experience in the Fin Tech or Financial Services Industry
Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the KSA market and regulatory environment.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Language:
Fluency in Arabic and English.
